Beth Marmolejos is currently employed by Anthem in New York City as an Executive Advisor in the IT Account Management area aiding the New York and Wisconsin business leaders as a trusted partner acting as an advocate for both Business and IT teams. Beth values and foster diversity and inclusion and currently serves as the Chief of Staff for the Women’s Inspire Network Associate Resource and is also the local lead for SOMOS the Hispanic Associate Resources Group at Anthem.
Beth has been awarded numerous awards from local, state, federal, corporate and nonprofit organizations for her leadership, commitment to the community and advocacy against social injustice. She is regarded as a unique and most respected colleague, associate and friend of many persons within the County of Passaic and the State of New Jersey. It’s that perspective, her volunteer spirit, and a persistent dedication to improving her community that led to her to be named one of the “138 most Influential Latinos in New Jersey” by the INDEX Latino 2019 and The Latino Spirit. She was also recognized by the Passaic County Board of Chosen Freeholders during “National Women’s History Month in March 2019 with the “Visionary Women: Champions of Peace & Nonviolence” award, by the North Jersey Federal Credit Union with the 2017 Woman History-Maker Award, and Passaic County Disability Advocacy Committee with the Salute of Champions for Disability Award in 2017.
She takes social responsibility seriously to ensure that education and economic prosperity are still part of the American Dream. She believes it is important to support and serve the community; to be an advocate for minorities, women and individuals with disabilities. She currently serves on numerous boards which support and serve communities. Some key boards include Executive Vice-President of the New Jersey Prospanica Chapter formerly known as The National Society of Hispanics MBAs, Madame Chair of the Passaic County Workforce Investment Board, Chair of the Passaic County Advocacy and Abilities Committee and Diversity & Inclusion Chair of the American Association of University Women – Greater Wayne Area.
Beth is married to her high school sweetheart and has two beautiful boys, one of which is Autistic and the inspiration to many of the things that she volunteers for. She is also earned her Black Belt in Taekwondo in September 2011. Beth is a graduate with honors from Farleigh Dickinson University, where she earned an M.B.A., in Finance, and a B.S. in Accounting.

George Torres is an award-winning bi-lingual social media / cultural consultant, who in the late 90's, captured attention on the internet with his personal mission statement of "connecting Latinos to their culture". George has always drawn inspiration from his personal connection to his cultural heritage. Having been raised alternately between New York and Puerto Rico, he was a living embodiment of the Nuyorican experience earning him the nickname "Urban Jibaro".
George's creative vision is the blueprint for Brooklyn based Sofrito Media Group and it's growing portfolio of new media products and services. He has almost 20 years of experience developing branded projects that appeal to the Latino / Hispanic segment. These include the longest-running online blog Sofrito For Your Soul, Radio Capicu as well as Capicu Poetry & Cultural Showcase, a partnership that develops and produces live cultural events.
In addition, he has been developing Social Media Mastermind classes to train entrepreneurs and their support staff to embrace effective and measurable storytelling and relationship-building culture in their businesses.
Most recently, he has taken a community engagement role in a grassroots initiative called Nuestro Ideal to create sustainable farms, build capacity with local organizations and spark entrepreneurship initiatives on the island of Puerto Rico in direct response to the Hurricane Maria crisis.
